It’s up to you! Depending on how a student's and parents’ schedules align and how comfortable the student and parents are discussing goals and pain points together, it sometimes makes sense for the parent and student to meet with us separately.
Each step of the process (the discovery call, the 1:1 interview, and the CCR presentation) lasts 30-45 minutes.
The CCR is our foundational strategic diagnostic. It is a comprehensive plan tailored to your student that identifies their unique "Angle," uncovers extracurricular gaps, and provides a preliminary college list. It serves as the master blueprint for all future consulting.
The CCR is a one-on-one strategic engagement for a one-time investment of $550.
No. We view the CCR as the first step of our partnership. Therefore, the $550 is treated as a deposit and is credited toward the cost of any long-term service package your family chooses to move forward with.
To ensure the highest quality of strategic insight, we match students with a dedicated mentor immediately after the CCR is purchased. This ensures that the mentor assigned to your student is the one who will perform the deep-dive 1:1 interview and build the roadmap from the ground up.
This is where the magic happens. Your matched mentor meets individually with your student to dig into their interests, personality, and hidden talents. The goal is to find the narrative thread that will eventually become their competitive "Angle."
We don't believe in "one size fits all" consulting. After your mentor presents the CCR, we will recommend the specific service tier—whether it’s a multi-year mentorship for a freshman or a "Last Call" application service for a senior—that best executes the roadmap we’ve created.
