Our commitment to privacy has always been one of our guiding principles. We never share student success stories without permission, and we’ve built a reputation for discretion and integrity. At the same time, we liked being "NYC’s best-kept secret" for college admissions guidance—especially early on, when we brought unique insights from our work with the hyper-competitive international applicant pool in South Korea.
That quiet strategy worked for years, thanks to the generous word-of-mouth referrals from our amazing clients (if you’re one of them—thank you). But lately, we have felt a shift, an urge to build something bigger, more accessible, and more transformative—a brand not just about getting into college, but about mentoring students to become their most authentic, capable selves. This is part of why we’ve been posting so frequently on Substack. We want to share.

Meanwhile, we’ve been reflecting on the hundreds of students we’ve worked with and what truly sets our process apart. From those reflections, we distilled the six core values that guide our mentorship:
Authenticity – We value honesty and individuality in every student.
Mindfulness – We guide with awareness and intention.
Growth – We embrace learning and development at every stage.
Articulation – We help students communicate clearly and confidently.
Balance – We advocate for a healthy, well-rounded high school experience.
Confidence – We empower students to believe in their own path.

These aren’t just buzzwords. They’re the foundation of our approach—and the tools we equip our students with to help them thrive, both in the admissions process and far beyond it.
In embracing this new chapter, we realized we needed to model one of the very values we teach: articulation. That means finally sharing our students’ incredible results—and our role in helping them get there.

This past admissions cycle was the most competitive we've ever seen, driven by the largest and most diverse high school graduating class in U.S. history. And yet, despite these challenges, we have had our most successful year professionally. We’re more confident than ever in our method, our mission, and our impact.

Yes, the college admissions process is often judged by outcomes. And while we’re proud of our results, we encourage you to read our student testimonials to understand what truly makes us different.

This is just the beginning of our next phase—and we can’t wait to share more.
